Bismillah wa Alhamdulillah wa salatu w salaam ala rusulillah
IN REALITY MANY OF OUR MISTAKES ARE NOT MADE INSIDE OF THE MARRIAGE THEY ARE MADE WHEN CHOOSING A PARTNER SO EVERY MUSLIM SHOULD DELIBERATE DEEPLY WHEN CHOOSING A SPOUSE AND ALSO CONSIDER THE FACT THAT THEY ARE LIKEWISE CHOOSING A PARENT FOR THEIR CHILDREN, PRAY ISTIKHARA BEFORE HAND AND SEEK ADVICE FROM A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCED PERSON. FOR INDEED THAT'S ANOTHER AREA WHERE MISTAKES ARE MADE WE SEEK ADVICE FROM A PERSON WITH KNOWLEDGE AND NO EXPERIENCE SO THEY GIVE ADVICE BASED ON WHAT THEY HAVE HEARD FROM SCHOLARS OR READ IN BOOKS YET THEY DON'T HAVE THE EXPERIENCE THAT TELLS THEM WHEN AND HOW TO APPLY CERTAIN PRINCIPLES, ON THE OTHER HAND YOU HAVE THE ONE WITH EXPERIENCE AND NO KNOWLEDGE WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE RELIGIOUS RULING CONNECTED TO CERTAIN SITUATIONS AND THEY BOTH CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD. SO LET US ALL PLAN MARRIAGE BEFORE THE MARRIAGE AND NOT AFTER THE FIRST DIVORCE IS PRONOUNCED OR AFTER A KHULA IS REQUESTED. AND IF THE MARRIAGE FAILS AFTER THAT THEN KNOW THAT IT WAS FROM THE QADR BE PATIENT AND ALLAH WILL REPLACE IT WITH THAT WHICH IS BETTER AS ALLAH SAYS: (NO MISFORTUNE CAN BEFALL ON EARTH OR IN YOURSELVES EXCEPT THAT IT IS WRITTEN IN A CLEAR BOOK BEFORE IT TAKES PLACE AND THAT IS EASY FOR ALLAH SO THAT NO ONE BECOMES DISTRESSED OVER A MISFORTUNE THAT BEFELL OR BECOMES ARROGANT BECAUSE OF A FAVOR BESTOWED AND ALLAH DOES NOT LOVE ARROGANT BOASTERS) {Al Hadeed 22}
AND MAY ALLAH GRANT SUCCESS TO ALL.

The Obligation of Tawheed (Monotheism) Prt1
Establishing Tawheed is the first and most obligatory of all obligations and it is a requirement upon ever pubescent individual to establish before their death if they expect to enter Jannah. Allah inspired into each and every individual that he is one,
Allah said:( And when your Lord brought forth from Adam's offspring their offspring and made them bear witness concerning themselves and said to them: Am I not your Lord? They said: Yes, we bear witness that you are our Lord. So that it can not be said on The Day of Judgement that we were not mindful of this.) {Al Aaraaf,172}.
And Allah also said: ( Then establish your face toward the upright religion the natural disposition of monotheism that Allah created the people upon there is no changing the creation of Allah and that is the firm religion but most people have no knowledge) {Rum 30}
and Imaam Muslim reported on the Authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (May peace and prayers be upon) said: Every newborn is born upon the natural disposition of monotheism, after that his parents make him either a Jew or a Christian or Fire worshipper.
These evidences are widespread and well known yet the reality of these evidence have not been realised in many parts of the world including Islamic countries, therefore it is a must that the knowledge and reality of Tawheed be called to and explained with careful detail as Allah said: (So that whoever is destroyed is destroyed upon clarity and whoever is given life is given life upon clarity and indeed Allah is all seeing all knowing). {Anfal42}
Indeed the Scholars have explained that things are made clear through their opposites, so the reality of Tawheed is understood through realising what Shirk is, when it happened, how and why it happened and what is the cure.
1.Tawheed is a verb derivative in Arabic morphology that literally means to make a thing one, or to give a thing exclusivity , as for it's legislative meaning, then it means to: Particularize and single out Allah with all that he deserves from acts of worship to right of Lordship to being described and called by perfect names and descriptions that are free from all forms of blasphemy. Therefore in turn Shirk is the exact opposite so in Arabic Morphology it means to give a thing a share or partnership, and in the legislative meaning it means to Attribute to other than Allah that which is exclusive to Allah alone from the different acts of worship like supplication,fear, hope, reverence, lordship,creation,command, as it also includes denying Allah's names and or attributes or distorting them from their apparent meanings.
2.It should be understood from what has preceded that there was a point in time that everyone in the world were monotheist upon the same religion without any religious differences as Allah said: (Mankind used to be one united nation) {Al Baqara,213} and the only thing that divided them was the innovation of polytheism and this took place approximately 10 centuries after the death of Adam (May peace be upon him) and that was the reason for the sending of the prophets and messengers and the revealing of scriptures Allah said; ( Mankind was one united nation then Allah sent the Prophets as bringers of glad tidings as well as warners and he sent along with them the book with truth that they may judge between the people in that which they differed and none differed except( those who disbelieved) out of jealous and hatred so Allah guided those who believe from that which they differed in to the truth by his permission and Allah guides whom he pleases to the straight path). {Al Baqara,213} Al Haafith Suyuuti said concerning this ayat: (The people were one united nation) upon Imaan and then they differed because some believed and some disbelieved (Then Allah sent the Prophets) to them ( As bringers of glad tidings) to those who believe with Jannah ( as well as warners ) to those who disbelieve with the fire ( and he sent along with them the book) meanings books (with truth) connected to that which was sent down (that they may judge) according to those books (between the people in that which they differed) concerning religion (and none differed in it) in religion (except those who were given it ) given the book so some believed and some disbelieved (After the evidence came to them) clear proofs pointing to Tawheed.
Al Hafith Ibn Katheer said concerning this ayah: Ibn Jarrer said that it was reported to us by Muhammad ibn Bashar that Abu Dawuud said that Hamaam said that Qatadah said that Ikramah said that ibn Abbas said: there were 10 centuries between Adam and Nuh everyone of them upon a legislation of truth, then they differed so Allah sent The Prophets as bringers of glad tidings as well as warners.

Genaral Advice Concerning Hijrah
Indeed all praise is for Allah we praise him and we seek his Aid and Forgiveness and may peace and prayers be upon the messenger of Allah...
As for what follows: It seems to me from what I have been reading that some serious advice is needed to those who seeking "HIJRAH" or at the very least are considering relocating to another country.
1. Hijrah is a religious obligation upon those who have the ability who live in a land of disbelief or a land in which the corruption is prevalent. It should be kept in mind that Hijrah is an act of worship so it must be done sincerely for Allah.
2.Making Hijrah may include moving from one kaafir country or place to another kaafir country that is less in opposition to Islam then the country that they live in as was done by the companions in their first hijrah from Makka to Habasha.
3. Hijrah may also include moving from one Muslim country to another fleeing from oppression or corruption or other than that.
4. It is not a condition in Hijrah that a person lives at the same or better level they were living in before they left as was the situation with the many of the companion after they were wealthy in Makka and other than that in Madeenah. And Allah revealed in that respect: (Say: If your fathers or sons or brothers or wives or family members of wealth in which you love or the business in which you fear a decline and dwellings in which you take pleasure in are more beloved to you the Allah and his messenger and striving in the way of Allah then wait until Allah brings about his decision and Allah does not guide a rebellious people) {Tauba<24} Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab explains that this ayah was sent down after the Ansaar had accepted Islam so the Prophet ordered everyone that remained in Makka to make Hijrah so some didn't fearing that which was mentioned in the ayah so after the second year came, Allah ordered the Muslim with Jihaad so the Muslims of Madeenah marched forth for the battle of Badr and those who had lagged behind were hiding their Islam so they came out along with the Kufaar pretending they were with them but there weren't. And as is well known there were no hypocrites in the ummah during this time, anyway the Shaykh went on to explain that some of those individuals were killed by stray arrows and when the companions heard about their deaths the felt sad and said: "We killed our brothers" so Allah sent down the ayah (Indeed those whom the Angels take their souls while they are wronging themselves (by residing amongst the disbelievers after hijrah was made an obligation) they say to them: What was your condition? They respond: We were weak and oppressed in the land. The Angels say: Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to make hijrah? Such will find their abode in the hell fire and what an evil destination.) The Shaykh then said: If this was the was Allah dealt with those who were foremost in entering Islam, then what about other than them?!) {Nisaa: 97}
3.Some people are not obligated to make Hijrah do to real inability but each individual has to access his own situation as Allah said; (Fear Allah as much as you are able). {Tagaabun16} As well as Allah's statement concerning hijra (Except for the men women and children who are really weak and oppressed who do not have the ability to devise a plan nor find a way, as for these Allah will forgive them for Allah is indeed often pardoning all forgiving) {Nisaa 98} Al Hafith ibn Katheer said; Ibn Abbas said: My mother and I were amongst the weak in oppressed.
4. Each individual should try to get in touch with a major Scholar and explain their situation in detail including their fears weaknesses and vices that affect their situation and not rely on a general ruling that may or may not apply to their situation.
5. The people must also realize that the Arab countries are not the only Muslim countries so hijrah is to were the people are Muslim not to were they are Arab, Lebanon for instance is a Arab Christian country so no one is trying to go their.
6. The goal of Hijrah is to be in a place were you can worship Allah at your best even if you never learn Arabic or memorize the Qur'an.
7.Some people were poor or just getting by while living in disbelieving countries and reject living that way in a Muslim country which is absurd indeed the Prophet said in a hadeeth that was reported by Imam Muslim (There are three that Allah wont look at on the day of judgment nor purify them and for them is a painful and from amongst them he mentioned the arrogant poor person.
8. The problems of racism or sexism or other than that from the obstacles people face exist in those kaafir countries that were abandoned so that is not a reason to return to or remain in a place that has just as many evil along with the evil of all evils which is Shirk.
9. A person might need to make hijrah step by step as Shaykh Abdur Rahman Sady said: That which leads to a thing or is needed to fulfill an act takes the ruling of that thing or act, so that which is needed to fulfill an obligation is an obligation and that which is needed to fulfill a recommendation is recommended and that which is needed to commit a haram act is haram and that which is needed to commit a disliked act is likewise disliked.
Last but not least I ask Allah to grant us all sincerity and doing that which he loves and is pleased with and correct the affairs of the Muslims in general our Rulers our Scholars our Men our Women and our Children Amiin!

Good NEWS!!!
All praise is for Allah alone we have a new book scheduled for release this spring the meaning of the title of the book is (Weak is the seeker and one being sought) by our beloved Shaykh Mahmood Lutfy Aamir who has a license in propagating Islam from Al Azhar University as well being the president of a branch of the organizations (AIDES OF THE PROPHETIC TRADITION) as well as being one of the Scholars that Shaykh Rabee bin Hadee advised the people to seek knowledge from in Egypt and post can be found in the archives of salafitalk.net. The book is a short and to the point refutations of polytheistic belief that have plagued the Muslim community filled with evidences from the Qur'an proving the the falsehood of those who claim Islam yet worship Prophets, Saints, and other than them. This book is a must read for those battling polytheism and calling to monotheism.
Proclaim The Favor of your Lord
IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL
Allah the Mighty and Sublime said :( And as for the favor of your Lord then proclaim it.[1])
Shaykh Abdur Rahman As Sa'dy mentioned in his tafseer of this ayah: This verse includes the mentioning of the religious and worldly favors, meaning praising Allah because of these favors and specify them by mentioning them if there will be benefit in doing so, and if not then mention the favors of Allah in general, for indeed mentioning the favors of Allah is a call to giving thanks to him for them, and causes the hearts to love the one who bestowed those favors, for indeed the hearts where created in a nature that they naturally love the one who does good toward them.
So in light of this evidence I would like to proclaim the favor of Allah upon me in that he blessed me to publish my first book written in the Arabic language. The meaning of the name of the book is (Seeking the Hereafter through questions and answers on Usool Ath Thalaatha); Allah also favored me in that the book was reviewed by four Scholars before being published, I ask Allah to continue to bless me as well as the rest of the Muslims and to bestow his mercy and guide us to beneficial knowledge and righteous actions Ameen!
As far as the book then it consists of 162 questions and answers concerning the book "The three fundamental principals" written by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab, the questions are designed to give the reader in depth understanding of those principals so that if he or she were questioned concerning these affairs they would be able to provide a detailed knowledge based answer. Here are some excerpts from the book:
Question#1: Who is the author of Usool Ath Thalaatha?
Answer#1: He was The Scholar the Sign post Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab ibn Sulayman ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Rashad At Tamimi.
Question#7: Was the Shaykh (May Allah have mercy upon him and forgive him) "Wahhaby"?
Answer#7: The Shaykh (May Allah have mercy on him and forgive him) was a man of the Sunnah a follower of the Salaf and one who clung to the book of Allah and the Sunnah.
And many more detailed questions and answers like,
Who came up with the name Wahhabiyyah?
Are those who follow the Shaykh Wahhabiyuun?
What was the Dawa of the Shaykh?
What is the meaning of LA ilaha illa Allah?
What are the groups that deviated in this principal?
What are the groups that deviated concerning Imaan?
What are their beliefs?
How do we refute them?
I ask Allah that my effort be sincerely for his pleasure and that he cause it to be a benefit to me and the rest of the Muslims Ameen!
Inshaa'Allah the book will be available in the English language in April 2010.
Warning!! There are amongst us those who have sicknesses in their hearts and who have been deceived by the dunyaa and are trying to translate and publish my book in English before I do and without my permission of course. So if anyone receives a copy of this book in English before April 2010 then it is a Stolen and fabricated copy. Furthermore those who are trying to do this do not have sufficient knowledge of the Arabic nor English language to translate nor do they have knowledge of the affairs of belief mentioned in the book so it is also feared that their translation will be full of misinterpretations.
And Shaykh Ubayd Al Jaabiry (may Allah reserve him) mentioned, "There four conditions for a person to be a translator:
1. They must be trust worthy.
2. They must have knowledge of the language that they are translating from.
3. They must have knowledge of the language that they are translating to.
4. They must have knowledge of the issue that they are translating.
And these thieves possess none of the above, especially the most important of them which is "Trustworthiness" for had they been trustworthy it would have prevented them from this action.
So I ask those who may be interested in reading the book to be patient and wait for the original knowledge based translation that will be available Inshaa'Allah the end of April 2010 implementing the hadith of the prophet Peace prayers be upon ("Help your brother rather he is an oppressor or being oppressed. They said: We know how to help the oppressed, but how do we help the oppressor? He said: Stop him from oppression.") And Allah says: Do not consider those who rejoice at what they have brought about and who love to be praised for what they have not done, do not think they will be saved from the torment for them is a severe torment.[2]
The only authorized distributor of the book is Abdul Majeed The owner of (YOU WANT IT WE GOT IT) located in Philadelphia on Germantown Ave. (267)240-5380 and those who he authorizes and they will be mentioned by name and location.
